Our founder, Polen Bayrak, attended the 12th ICC MENA Conference on International Arbitration, organised by the International Chamber of Commerce and bringing together leading arbitration professionals from the Middle East and North Africa. ICC arbitrators, international law firms and representatives of arbitral institutions discussed current developments in international arbitration. Her participation reflects the practice’s cross-border dispute resolution perspective.
