Av. Polen Bayrak, one of our firm’s attorneys, will deliver two separate presentations at the CyberSpace Conference, to be held at Masaryk University on 27–28 November 2026.
The first presentation, “One Standard, Two Doors: Louboutin v Amazon and the Blurred Line Between Trademark Use and Safe Harbour,” examines the boundary between trademark use and safe harbour protection on online marketplaces, primarily through the lens of the Louboutin v Amazon judgment. The second, “Manufacturer Status and Liability in Multi-Party Supply Chains under the Cyber Resilience Act,” addresses manufacturer status and the allocation of liability in multi-party supply chains under the Cyber Resilience Act.
